I only work with businesses, and all prices are excl. VAT.

You will receive a written offer before I start a translation, stating what the job entails, what it costs, and when you can expect to receive it. Proofreading by an external proofreader is included in the price unless we agree otherwise.

Once you have accepted the offer, the agreement is binding.

The usual procedure is that you send your text to me in a Word document via e-mail, and I will return the translation in the same way.

You have 8 days after you receive your translation to raise any objections. If you do not, I will consider the job completed and send an invoice for payment within 8 days. In the event of an overdue payment, default interest will be calculated in accordance with applicable law.
