Install battery and power supply
– Pull the storage battery into the battery compartment. Plug the interface to the jack, connect the red terminal and the black terminal respectively to the anode and cathode of battery.
(Notice: make sure they are correctly connected, red to red, black to black, otherwise it will cause short-circuit).

– Læg akkumulatorbatteriet i batterirummet. Tilslut grænsefladen til stikket, tilslut den røde klemme og den sorte klemme til henholdsvis den positive og den negative elektrode på batteriet. (Bemærk: Vær sikker på, at de er tilsluttet korrekt, rød til rød og sort til sort, for ellers vil det medføre kortslutning)

Pitch-Control makes all the difference
An important aspect of the design of The Windleaf is ‘pitch-control’, or the turning of the blades. Because of this The Windleaf is able to cope with high wind speeds. Our patented technology inside the turbine is able to pitch blades which ensures the turbine is not overloaded by high wind speeds. This makes The Windleaf storm-proof: a key safety aspect.

Operating Safety Features
The UI is equipped with a number of internal features to enhance the operation of the system.
Throttle Engaged During Power Up
To prevent abrupt startups, the xxxxx will not operate if the throttle is depressed at the moment the Key Switch is turned on. The throttle must be in neutral position when the control is turned on.
Sleep mode
The control system utilizes a power saving mode designed to conserve battery life. If the system does not detect user input for several minutes, the controller will power itself off. To exit Sleep Mode, turn the Key Switch to the “off” position, and then “on”.

Gashåndtaget er tilkoblet under opstarten
For at undgå pludselig opstart fungerer xxxx ikke, hvis gashåndtaget er trykket ned i det øjeblik nøgleafbryderen aktiveres. Gashåndtaget skal være i neutral position, når kontrolfunktionen er aktiveret.
Dvaletilstand
Kontrolsystemet udnytter en strømbesparende tilstand designet til at spare på batteriet. Hvis systemet ikke registrer brugerinput i flere minutter, vil kontrolleren slukke sig selv. For at afbryde dvaletilstanden, drej nøgleafbryderen til ”Sluk ”-positionen og derefter til ”Tænd ”-positionen.
